Unable to successfully log in and view my cameras at home. Android Phone
totally dissatisfied with the whole system, PERIOD
App completely stopped working. We tried to contact tough dog they have been no help at all. I do not recommend getting this system. My husband's app does not work either.
No playback
Having a lot of issues with just trying to replay video, app closes by itself crashes...!!!
App is good overall, but it has an annoying bug as of the Oct 25, 2021 update. Attempting to open the Device Details menu causes the app to crash on Android.
Developers need to fix issues with android devices. I installed a 3000 dollar system and this app won't even allow me to setup notifications on my phone. Totally unacceptable This was the only reason I opted to get this system. Now it's totally worthless as far as I am concerned. Please fix this app or refund my money for this whole system.
Tried for hours to connect i guess it does not work for android phones
Where did the dark mode UI go? It can be brought back now.
